Mike Starr dies at 44

…And yet another great musician from my past has died. AIC were an awesome band. Dirt was one of my favourite albums, I’d first heard them on a free give away 7″ that came with the British rock magazine Kerrang.

The tune was “Sunshine” and it was one of the tunes that took me in a new direction in metaldom. I’d been something of a hair band fan before that. (cough)

So Mike Starr dies and Justin Bieber will only get more famous. It’s true man, Dr Brian Cox is right. There truly is no god.
